Before you book
Will Vastu correction mean breaking walls?
Almost never. The great majority of corrections are achieved through placement, direction of use, materials, colour and energetic clearing. Structural change is recommended only where nothing else will address the issue, and you are told plainly when that is the case.
Can Vastu be done without a site visit?
Yes. A dimensioned floor plan and an accurate compass reading of the main entrance are enough for a full analysis, which is how clients outside Bhubaneswar are usually served. On-site visits are available across Odisha by arrangement and do add value for older or unusually shaped properties.
What do I need to prepare before a Vastu consultation?
A floor plan (even a hand drawing with measurements works), a compass reading taken at the main entrance facing outward, and a short note on what prompted the consultation — recurring illness, financial strain, conflict, a property that will not sell, or simply a new home you want set up correctly.
Does Vastu apply to rented flats and offices?
It does, and the remedies are chosen accordingly — reversible, non-structural, and suited to a space you do not own. Seating direction, sleeping direction, placement of heavy objects and water sources, and elemental balancing all work in a rental.
How is commercial Vastu different from home Vastu?
The zones that matter shift. In a business the emphasis falls on the owner and management seating, the cash position, the entrance and reception, and how the workspace is divided. Corrections are also phased so a working office is not disrupted.
